If you can not start Spectra Heap, please, see information in the section "Running Spectra Heap" below on this page.
If you can successfully run Spectra Heap, but experience problems during working with the program, please, read the correspondence section of the "User Manual".
If you are not able to find a solution to your problem, please, contact our technical support group at support(at)itcsoftware.com.
After running, Spectra Heap (demo and full version) application can display a message that one or several standard Microsoft libraries were not fond; or that they have been found, but their versions are not high enough to work with Spectra Heap. If this case, you will need to install necessary versions of corresponding libraries to your computer.
