Function: Used for printing out or outputting the results of the work of the filter in the file of the *.wri format.
In the system reports are formed with the help of the patterns containing in the catalogue ..\Reports. All files with extension wri, found in this catalogue, are viewed by the program as patterns of the reports and their names are inserted as the items in the submenu "Report" of the menu "File". As a rule, these are usual text files in the format RTF, which have the extension .wri to make possible editing with the help of the text editor Microsoft WordPad delivered with the operational system Windows.
Patterns of the reports may contain any text and in a special way selected parts of the document named tags. While making the report, the program analyzes the contents of the pattern and replaces found tags with the data from the table of search results.
Tags are marked with the symbols "<" ">". The whole tag name, starting from "<" and finishing with ">", should be typed without switching the current language, font, colors, etc from one mode to the other. You cannot edit the tag (i.e. insert or delete something). If necessary, type it once again - without changing the language and things like that. The color and the font of the tag can be changed only for the whole name, i.e. specify the whole tag, including symbols "<" and ">", and then change the color or the font. Correspondingly, you CANNOT change the color or the font of separate symbols of the tag.
The text, where the tags will be processed by the program, should be marked with the tags <begin> and <end>. There can be several blocks of them. If the tag is not included in the block, it will not be processed. It is advised to place the tags in separate lines, for example:
Note: it is better to leave all the elements of the report, where there are no tags, out of the brackets. For example, figures should not be included in <begin>... <end>. In this case the program will not check them for tags, and the report will be done much faster.
