Description

SafeMessage is a control system for electronic communication links. The product is designed for audit (logging, accounting, storage, analysis and display) and filtering of short messages (ICQ) and e-mail (including webmail).

Functionality

• Intercepting of short messages, webmail and e-mail;

• Long-term storage of short messages, webmails and emails in archives;

• Filtering (selective intercepting): of short messages - by substring, by class, by network address of recipient or sender, by name (or nickname) of recipient or sender, by packet header; of webmail - by substring, by recipient’s network address, by sender’s address, by recipient’s address, by the subject of the message; of email - by substring, by network address of recipient or sender, by email address of recipient or sender, by the subject of the message;

• Display of messages: searching of short messages by substring (full-text search), by name (or nickname) of sender or recipient, by intercept time, searching of web-session by web-server name, by user network address, by time, by substring in http-query, by substring in http-reply, by query type;

• Search of webmail letters by substring, by sender’s and recipient’s email addresses, by the subject of the message, by intercept time;

• Advanced search of letters/messages by set-up parameters across several sources (emails and short messages) with the possibility of integration of search parameters in templates (template search);

• Browsing of letters/messages (title, text, intercept time and send time etc.);

• Viewing of user’s properties;

• Administration of system users - surveillance objects that allows changing user’s properties (full name, mailbox, user name or nick in short message service);

• Reporting of short messages search results;
