We try to offer our customers flexible pricing solutions to suite their particular situation. Our services are often based on innovative methodologies and technology to minimize costs for our customers.

Dedicated developer program

Under one of the most frequently requested approaches, we assign dedicated developer(s) to our customer.  Developers will work for our customer for as long as needed. In such model  we charge US$ 2,500/month for each developer. Of course, we only charge for the actual hours spent in incomplete months. We offer discounts for customers who are willing to pay upfront and/or order multiple developers. We can offer the following rates:

• US$ 2,300/month (effective $14.00/hour) provided that you pay upfront for the next month.

• US$ 2,200/month (effective $13.30/hour) provided that you pay upfront for the next month and order at least 3 developers.

• US$ 2,000/month (effective $12.00/hour) provided that you pay upfront for the next month and order at least 6 developers with a minimum commitment of 6 months.

Fixed price contracts

For customers, who know exactly what needs to accomplished and who therefore prefer to know in advance what the final costs will be, we offer fixed price proposals. In these situations we usually estimate projects in hours and then quote $20/hour. Depending on the size of the project and after presenting a prototype we may require a 30% advance payment and intermediate payments. Of course, the exact payment schedule is negotiable.

For science-intensive projects such as projects in bioinformatics and systems biology our prices may be higher.

Iterative development

Please don't be misled just by the numbers. Apart from low prices development with us is usually based on iterative principles. Under our iterative model we often supply deliverables weekly and after each and every iteration our customers are free to say "stop". From our experience such an  approach may shave up to 70% off the initially planned budget.
