The implementation phases are as follows:
- Discovery. On-site pre-assessment is carried out to define customer’s business requirements and preferences, to jointly work on specifications for decision-making and to propose, on the basis of this information, the most effective solution to satisfy customer needs;
- Analysis. The comprehensive survey and business processes definition is carried out. These tasks result in the functional requirements specification which defines the solution design and implementation;
- Design. The solution to be created is defined, with detailing of the explicit modification design and extending functionality. This phase results in developing documentation, both conceptual and explicit design;
- Development and Testing. Modifications development and testing of the system using the approved test samples. This is usually done on a local project-to-project basis. This task results in the acceptance act on local projects;
- Deployment. The system is rolled out in all enterprise departments. This phase results in project acceptance act after each local project is commissioned;
- Initial Maintenance and Support. The system regular maintenance and support is carried out; after using the solution to its full capacity, the effective preparation for its further development is provided.

The Rasstal holding company (Naberezhnye Chelny) is one of the Russia’s most dynamic companies, which produces a full range of aluminium profiled products for construction, machinery and furniture industries. Another important scope of activity is construction and processing engineering which includes assembly technology, industrial engineering support, tool procurement and personnel training for the newly-set facilities.
Project:
Rasstal had to migrate to EMS based on ERP II to provide effective business management. The distributed structure of the corporation, which requires an overall operations management, was a key factor in defining the need for the ERP solution. The optimal cost/functionality ratio allowed the top managers to vote in favour of Microsoft Axapta, and to choose us as a consulting structure having a sound reputation in the EMS implementation for industrial enterprises. Our joint project with Rasstal Corporation is aimed to set up a full-scale enterprise management system, based on MBS Axapta, encompassing financials, logistics and production modules.
CJSC "Kulebaki Ring-Rolling Plant"
The CJSC "Kulebaki Ring-Rolling Plant" (Nizhni Novgorod region) is Russia’s leading steel works which produces and supplies a wide range of steelwork semi-products including:
- rings used for aviation turbo-engine, power and gas-compressor units;
- binding bands for street cars and narrow gage line locomotives;
- plate and seal flanges for section isolation valves and pipeline couplers;
- wheels for tractors and other agricultural machines.
Project:
The total enterprise management solution is based on th eMBS Axapta ERP system. The project’s goal is to design, develop and implement the integrated EMS, which allows to process information dealing with finance, production and logistics and to provide relevant information for decision-making, increasing the speed of doing business while driving down costs.
