Module Functions
 


Requirements

  • Java 1.4 (or later) virtual machine. You can download it from Sun's Java web site.
  • Processor: Pentium II 500 or higher
  • Memory: 128 mb or more
  • Disk space: 20 Mb

For simulation (ODE solving and results visualization) BioUML workbench will invoke MATLAB software package (version 5.3 or latter). If MATLAB absents this feature will not be available. In next version we plan to provide own simulation engine for this purpose.
